If you have questions about a claim or need to follow up with your adjudicator, these are the best ways to go about it!

  1. Send a Note directly to Your Claims Adjudicator
If your claim is still pending, you can communicate directly with the adjudicator by adding a note to your claim. Here’s how:

    • Navigate to the "View Claims" tab in your account.

    • Click "Edit" next to the claim you want to inquire about.

    • Scroll to the memo section at the bottom of the claim and type your note.

    • Once saved, your note will place the claim back in the queue for follow-up.

  2. Get Immediate Assistance Through Live Chat
If you’d like a quicker response, you can open a live chat with our support team. While our chat agents are not adjudicators, they have extensive knowledge of claims eligibility and may be able to clarify the status of your claim.

  3. Email for Escalation
If you believe your claim needs to be escalated or if you require more detailed assistance, you can email us at adjudicator@getmyhsa.com. We’ll respond to your claim inquiry as soon as possible.
