Are you not 100% sure if you received a specific SKU within a purchase order as planned? Would you like to easily cancel the record belonging to this received line? This article will demonstrate how you can cancel a received line.
Step-by-Step Guide
First, navigate to the Receiving History screen.
If you cannot find the screen, please use the Search Option on the menu bar.
Click the 3-Dot menu of the received line you wish to edit and select the Cancel button.
Keep in mind that you can only cancel the received line if the related purchase order is is not completed or product is not putaway to another location.
Click Yes to proceed.
You can now check if the line has been cancelled and can be received for the same purchase order.
Keep in mind: If you cancel a received line of a purchase order with only one SKU inside, the status of the purchase order will change from Started to Pending
If there are multiple SKUs in the order and you cancel only one of them, then the status of the purchase order will remain Started.
