Here is your guide to show the steps to remove a damage reason from selected item.

Logiwa provides the ability to remove the damage reason belonging to a product in case that it is noticed to be required. This function available in several screens in MyLogiwa will be elaborated in this document.

Step-by-Step Guide

  • Navigate to Transfer screen as an initial step from the main screen.

  • Click on Transfer Product card to proceed.

  • Scan or enter the source location and the product respectively.


  • Scan or enter the quantity that will be entitled with the damage reason and the target location.

  • Click on three-dot button in lower left corner of the screen and proceed with Update Damage Reason.

  • Choose the No Damage and click on Update button.

  • Click on Confirm Transfer button to finalize the process.

    • After updating the damage reason to No Damage, then the red highlighted box in the product card will be removed.
