Logiwa provides the ability to remove the damage reason belonging to a product in case that it is noticed to be required. This function available in several screens in MyLogiwa will be elaborated in this document.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to Transfer screen as an initial step from the main screen.
Click on Transfer Product card to proceed.
Scan or enter the source location and the product respectively.
Scan or enter the quantity that will be entitled with the damage reason and the target location.
Click on three-dot button in lower left corner of the screen and proceed with Update Damage Reason.
Choose the No Damage and click on Update button.
Click on Confirm Transfer button to finalize the process.
