Report Damaged Products When Picking (Mobile)

How to report damaged products encountered during picking.

In Logiwa, Report as Damaged button in the Picking screens helps the user to mark the product with a damage reason and transfer them to an appropriate damage location without changing screen. So if the user realizes that there is a damaged product in the picking location, this information can be reported and necessary actions can be taken:

  1. Click on the Three Dots button and select "Report as Damaged" button

  2. Then, Report as Damaged bottom sheet opens up. In this bottomsheet,

    1. There is Current Stock Qty which is the total inventory for this SKU in this location/LP

    2. Then, the user should enter damaged product quantity in the Quantity field

    3. A Damage Reason should be selected from the dropdown.
      Selected Damage Reason will be the Damage Reason for this inventory in the Inventory Report

    4. Then, a location should be entered to Damage Location field. Damage products will be transferred to this location at the end of the process.

  3. Finally, the user should click on the Report button to complete this operation
