Shipment orders you wish to fulfill as soon as possible may be delayed for a number of reasons, such as lack of inventory, unexpected events, or other problems with the order. Logiwa provides you with a function to flag these types of orders by setting the status to OnHold. Here is your detailed guide to explore how it works.

Step-by-Step Guide

  • First, navigate to the Shipment Order page.

    • If you have trouble locating this screen, please use the Search option on the menu bar.

  • Choose a shipment order you wish to upload a document to by clicking the Order Code, or by clicking Edit from the three-dot menu.

  • From the Edit Shipment Order screen, click on Expand arrows on the right side of the screen, shown below.

  • From the open pop-up, choose On Hold to change the status of the shipment order.

  • Click on Save to proceed.

    • Keep in mind that you are only allowed to switch to On Hold from Open or to Open from On Hold.

  • After saving, the status will change into On Hold with a gray highlight.
