Shipment orders you wish to fulfill as soon as possible may be delayed for a number of reasons, such as lack of inventory, unexpected events, or other problems with the order. Logiwa provides you with a function to flag these types of orders by setting the status to OnHold. Here is your detailed guide to explore how it works.
Step-by-Step Guide
First, navigate to the Shipment Order page.
If you have trouble locating this screen, please use the Search option on the menu bar.
Choose a shipment order you wish to upload a document to by clicking the Order Code, or by clicking Edit from the three-dot menu.
From the Edit Shipment Order screen, click on Expand arrows on the right side of the screen, shown below.
From the open pop-up, choose On Hold to change the status of the shipment order.
Click on Save to proceed.
Keep in mind that you are only allowed to switch to On Hold from Open or to Open from On Hold.
After saving, the status will change into On Hold with a gray highlight.
