How do I assign text-to-give donations to a specific donation page?

You'll first want to go to your "Settings" tab from the left-hand navigation menu, then select the option for "Your Organization."

You'll then want to scroll down to the section labeled "Text-to-Give Settings." If you've already registered your Text-to-Give phone number, you should see a drop-down menu that includes all of your active donation pages (including Essential Events pages).

You can then select which of those pages you'd like to direct your donors to after they send the word "GIVE" or "DONATE" to your registered number, and click "Save & Exit" at the top of the page to confirm your choice.

You can select any of your active Everyday Giving pages, or active Essential Events pages. If you do not have any active pages, you will see a message with a link that will direct you to your Fundraising Page Dashboard so you can set up a corresponding page to link.
