There may be instances in which you need to edit an existing bidder's information - such as if they mistyped their email while setting up their account, or updating their personal details to better reflect their preferred name.
Below, we've created a step-by-step guide on how you can quickly and easily make those necessary changes to a bidder's record.
Step 1: Locate the "Bidders" section within your auction's dashboard
To edit a bidder's information, you should first find the "Bidders" section on your auction's dashboard, then click on the "Actions" button. Then, you can select "View All" from the drop-down options that appear.
Step 2: Locate the bidder's record that you need to edit or update
When the page refreshes, you should be able to search by a bidder's name or bidder number to locate that particular bidder.
You can also use the "Filters" button to locate a bidder, if that may be useful in locating the bidder.
Step 3: Click on "Actions" next to the bidder's name, then select "Edit"
Step 4: Make any necessary changes to the bidder's information
From this screen, you should now be able to update your bidder's information (like their phone number, email address, notification settings, bidder number, etc.).
Step 5: Click "Update & Save".
