Feature Overview: Bidders and Bidder Management
Creating a beautiful auction with an array of items to bid on is a big part of running your upcoming event - but an auction is only as successful as the bidders who choose to participate!
Our bidder management features make it easy for you to not only manage and report on your bidder's activity throughout your auction, but also to provide guidance to those bidders on how to participate and enjoy themselves throughout your event. You can quickly add bidders - or guide them through signing up - and guide them through the bidding process, including checkout and payment.
To get started with adding a bidder, you can either log into your Auctions dashboard and click on the "Add Bidder" button - or click on "Settings" and select "Imports" to add an existing list of bidders directly. From that same Auctions dashboard, you can remind your bidders to take action, manage payments, or make adjustments to a bidder's winnings as needed.
Below, we've provided you with guidance on how to run all things related to your bidders - including how to add or edit bidders, as well as multiple guides on how to keep your bidders engaged throughout the entire event.
Feature Availability
This feature is available for all users with access to the Fundraising Essentials package with "staff"- level admin access or higher within Auctions pages.
