There are a few reasons why you might get an error when trying to refer a friend.
Error: The phone number is already registered with us.
This means that your friend has already signed-up to nsave before, and therefore can't be referred.
Error: This phone number has already been invited. They cannot be invited twice.
This means that someone else has already referred your friend. They can’t be referred by multiple people.
Error: Oops! We failed to invite this phone number. You have exceeded the invitation limit of 10 referrals.
You have a maximum of 10 invites. If you have already invited 10 people, you will need to un-invite someone that has not onboarded yet. This will allow you to use that referral for another friend.
