Transfer times depend on the type of transfer and the sender’s bank. Here’s what to expect for each:
1. ACH transfers (within the US)
ACH transfers are usually credited by the end of the working day once the transfer is sent. The only exception to that is when the ACH transfer is scheduled on a specific day.

2. SWIFT transfers (international)
SWIFT payments usually take longer and are more complex because they pass through multiple intermediary banks before reaching your account. This can take up to 5 working days.

If it's been longer than the expected timeline, there are a the main things you should do:
Double-check that you've sent to the right account details
A payment confirmation showing the date and amount of the transfer, and the banking details of the account that the payment was sent to
