To stay fully compliant with evolving financial regulations, we've made a temporary update for customers residing in Nigeria.
What's changing?
If you're based in Nigeria, you will not be able to receive EUR transfers from accounts that are not in your name — this includes transfers from friends, family, or business partners. Any EUR payment received from a third party will be automatically reversed and returned to the sender.
This is a measure driven by compliance requirements with our banking partners. It's designed to ensure your account remains secure and uninterrupted.
What's not changing?
✅ You can still send EUR to third parties
✅ You can still receive EUR from your own accounts (i.e. accounts also in your name)
✅ USD transfers, investment accounts, ACH, Stablecoin top-ups, and other features remain fully active
✅ Outbound transfers are not affected in any currency
We understand this may be inconvenient, and we're truly grateful for your continued trust. Our goal is to ensure long-term stability while keeping your account secure and compliant.
As always, thank you for growing with nsave.
