Your AI & Ads cashback is paid automatically, so you don't need to claim it. Here's how the timing works and what to check if it hasn't arrived yet.
When will I get my cashback?
Cashback is added to your nsave balance in USD within 30 days of your payment settling. We'll let you know in the app when it lands.
Card payments usually take a few days to settle after you pay, so allow for that on top of the 30 days. While a payment shows as pending, it can't be rewarded yet. Nothing is wrong and you haven't missed out.
Why didn't my payment count?
These are the most common reasons:
You've paid this group with an nsave card before. Meta Ads and Google Ads count as one group, and ChatGPT and Claude count as another. If you've ever paid anyone in a group with an nsave card, including before the offer started, you can't get that cashback. For example, if you've paid Meta Ads before, a new Google Ads payment won't qualify.
You paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you subscribed to ChatGPT or Claude in their mobile app, the payment is usually billed by Apple or Google, not by OpenAI or Anthropic, so it doesn't qualify. Paying on chatgpt.com or claude.ai does.
You paid through an agency or reseller. Ads must be paid directly to Meta or Google, with Meta or Google showing as the merchant on your statement.
It wasn't your first payment. Only your first payment in each group gets cashback.
The payment was under $3.
It was a free trial, a card hold, or the payment was declined or reversed.
The payment was made outside the offer dates of 22 October to 30 November 2026.
The card isn't in your name, or your account isn't active.
Card verification charges don't count. The small charge a merchant makes to check your card when you add it isn't a payment. It doesn't count as your first payment and won't make you ineligible.
My cashback is lower than I expected
Ads cashback is 10% of your first payment, capped at $100.
AI tools cashback is 50% of your first payment, capped at $5.
If part of the payment was refunded, the cashback is adjusted to match the amount you kept.
