Follow this step-by-step process to withdraw money via Remitly “Cash pickup.
Step 1: Download the Remitly App and get started
Download the Remitly app from the App Store or Google Play.
Once downloaded, click on “Create a new profile”
Step 2: Select the country your sending money from and to.
⚠️ Very important
If you want to send in GBP, select United Kingdom in “From”
If you want to send in EUR, select France in “From”
Step 3: Sign-up
Provide your email address.
Create a secure password.
Click “Continue” or “Next.”
Step 4: Once your Remitly account is opened, you can start sending money home.
Click on the “Send” button at the bottom centre of the page.
Choose the amount and currency you want to send, and get visibility on real-time exchange rates.
💡 Transfer fees are fixed
Step 5: Choose your transfer method
Choose how you want to send your money
⚠️ In your case, it’s a “Pay by bank”
Choose how you wish the recipient to receive the money
⚠️ In your case, it’s a “Cash Pickup”
Choose the cash pickup option
Step 6: Fill in your Recipient’s details
Their full name, city & state, phone number, and reasons for sending
💡 This could be your own details if you wish to withdraw cash
Step 7: Fill in the sender’s details
Enter your full name and date of birth
Enter the Sender’s address
⚠️ Very Important - use your address as shown below
To access your full details: Go on your nsave app -> Click “Receive” ->
If you're sending GBP: Select UK → Select GBP → Copy the address under “Bank details” as shown in the picture below
If you're sending EUR: Select France → Select EUR → Copy the address under “Bank details” as shown in the picture below
Enter your Phone number
Step 8: Select your payment method
Click on "Pay with Bank Account instead"
Click on "Easy bank transfer"
Scroll down and press on "Send with manual bank transfer"
Step 9: Confirm your transfer
Press "Continue" and then "Confirm Transfer"
Step 10: Go to your nsave app to complete your transfer
Open the nsave application on your device.
Click on "Send."
Add a new recipient by copying and pasting the bank details provided by Remitly into your nsave account exactly as shown

⚠️ Very important:
Copy and paste the bank details provided by Remitly when you confirmed the transfer exactly as shown to your nsave account. See example below
Double-check that all details are correct and press "Send."
The money should reflect in your Remitly account within a few minutes.
Once Remitly receives your funds they will notify you.
Step 11: Notify the person you sent the money to that it has arrived
Send the reference number to the recipient
💡 You can find this in the Remitly app when you confirm your transfer
Step 12: Track Your Transfer
Track the status of your transfer through Remitly
⏳ Depending on the collection method chosen, the entire process should take up to 1 hour.
You will get notifications to track your funds on it’s way to the country you sent it to
Step 13: Pick up the cash
Head to the nearest pick up point (decided by the sender in the beginning of the process)
Enter the cash pick up with the recipients passport (it could be yourself) and fill in the form that they give you.
Wait for a few minutes, then you will be called to pick up the cash.
