Products can be active or inactive.

Inactive products won't appear on your store. However, if they have already been purchased they will still appear in the order history on customer accounts and digital products will still be available for customers to download.

You can also set a product to be Unlisted, this will mean that the product page is visible, but it is not listed anywhere else on the site.

Product > Actions > Activate

Deleted products won't appear on your store or anywhere on the Ochre app. We will still hold data for these items, so if you delete by mistake it will be possible to restore them.
