In order to book your stock in, the warehouse need to be able to easily recognise what has been delivered. Please ask any 3rd party suppliers to ensure items are clearly labelled and simply grouped, as well as being addressed to your store.

Nothing can be booked in without a ship notice/inbound stock notification. An inbound stock notification (ISN) can be created via your Ochre store. For 3rd party fulfilment, please create a ship notice directly in the Whiplash app. If possible please include the Whiplash ship notice ID in the first line of the address to get the warehouse staff to the correct ship notice and for the avoidance of any doubt when items arrive.

Please also ensure we have images and correct metadata to easily identify items that are similar.

We cannot be liable for any import duties owed, so please ensure items are sent with duties and taxes paid in advance.


We don't organise collections of stock on your behalf.
