The Creator is late or hasn't shown up
The Creator's behaviour is unprofessional
Contact Ocus Support immediately with the project ID, the Creator name, and a clear description of what happened.
All reports are reviewed individually.
Conditions don't allow the session to proceed
Inform the Creator immediately → contact Ocus Support with the Project ID to explain the situation.
If the restaurant isn't ready or agreed conditions aren't met, the Project will need to be rescheduled.
