Some reasons why you’ll want to process group sales for reserved events include being able:

  • To accommodate groups booking multiple seats together, such as school outings, corporate gatherings, or family groups, with ease.

  • To offer group-specific pricing or discounts at the door, encouraging bulk purchases and boosting revenue.

  • To simplify seating arrangements, ensuring group members are seated together without manual chart adjustments.

👟Walkthrough

Go to the Show Details section of your event and click Box Office Portal. Select the seats you would like to process and select the correct price type.

Before selecting your payment method, enter any applicable promo codes on this page or manually adjust the price to reflect any group discounts. You can find active codes by clicking on the down arrow.

Click red Checkout at the bottom of the page. Finish processing the order by processing payment and you are all set.

Within the Box Office Portal, you can now process reserved-seat group orders directly during live ticketing. Select the performance and choose the group sizing option to pick multiple seats together on the reserved seating chart. Adjust pricing, apply group discounts, and proceed through the normal payment flow. The system then automatically handles the seating layout and updates ticket allocations seamlessly.
