A sentiment question helps determine whether the client filling out your survey is happy or unhappy.

Sentiment questions can be in various forms such as a "Yes or No" question or as star ratings.

This is a great way to judge the sentiment of your client base and focus on improving certain aspects of your business.

How to Create a Sentiment Question

  1. In your surveys page, click "Create Survey"

2. In the "How would you like to create your survey" click the drop-down options and select "OneLocal Templates". From the templates select "1. Online Review Star (Gating)". Name your survey then click "Confirm"

*You will be directed to the Survey Building Panel once you click Confirm*

3. Here is the survey building panel. To edit the sentiment question formatting simply click "sentiment question"

4. In this popup, you will be able to customize what the sentiment question asks

To learn more about creating a sentiment question, please do not hesitate to contact support@onelocal.com or your Account Manager.
