With your LocalReviews survey, you have the option of linking in an external page. This can be useful in cases where you'd like to add a custom question to your survey, and having one (or both) response options direct the customer to an external page.

Adding an External Page Redirect

It's very simple to do! To begin:

1. Create a new survey or click into an existing survey that you would like to change.

2. Click the "More" button on the right hand side, then click into "Edit Survey"

3.  Click into your exit page (in green frame), then the "Exit Page Type" drop down menu, select "Redirect to external page"

4. Input the destination URL that you want customers to be redirected to then hit "Confirm"

You can preview your survey using the "Preview" button on the top right hand side. If it's not working or you would like more clarification, please message us - we would be happy to help!
