How to Book Appointments from your Dashboard

Manually create a new appointment using your LocalVisits Booking dashboard

This article will walk you through how to manually create a new booking in the LocalVisits Booking dashboard.

1. Log into your OneLocal dashboard

2.Click LocalVisits. By default, you'll be taken to the Bookings dashboard

3.Click on the Create button and then click New Booking

4. Select the specific service that the customer would like to book

NOTE: Once the service is selected, the price and duration will be automatically populated.

5. Assign the staff member to the booking (you can also leave this Unassigned if you'd like).

6. Select the service time and date. Booking notes can also be added if needed!

7. Click Proceed

8. Search for an existing contact or create a new contact to associate with the booking. To create a new contact, click Add a New Client

Optional: enter any additional details in the comments box

9. Click Confirm

The appointment has been booked!
