The View Progress Report in jmc Office lets you see a student’s current courses alongside their most recently published grades, providing a quick snapshot of their progress. By selecting a student and clicking the term hyperlink for a course, you can drill down into assignment details to view scores, points, and percentages—just like students and families see in the jmc Student and jmc Family portals. This consistency makes it easy to support students and communicate confidently with families using the same view they experience.
To get started, log in to jmc Office and head to Grading > Reports > View Progress Reports.
Step One: Select a student from the drop-down list at the top of the page to view their progress report.
Step Two (optional): Click the term link (e.g., Qtr1) next to a course to view an expanded progress report that shows the course name, teacher, and most recently published grade, along with categories, assignments, and/or formative assessment results.
Step Three (optional): Click the blue hyperlinked teacher name next to the term to send an email directly to the course teacher.
Step Four: Click the "Print" button to print the selected student’s progress report.
