Perifit Pearls — also known as Geisha Balls — are a natural, gentle, and effective way to tone the pelvic floor. They’re especially appreciated by women who prefer a simple, non-digital training method, or want to complement their Perifit Care training.
What Are They?
Perifit Pearls are small, round, weighted shells made of soft medical-grade silicone with a small ball inside. The heavier the ball, the easier it is to hold in place.
Once inserted into the vagina, the internal vibrations they generate trigger reflex perineal contractions. These help you to feel your pelvic floor better and strengthen it as required.
How to Use Them
Start with Clean Hands and Weights
Wash your hands and clean the balls with mild soap and warm water before each use.
Choose the Right Weight
The set comes with three interchangeable balls:
Start with the single ball for beginners.
Progress to the double balls as your strength improves.
Insert Gently
Get into a comfortable position. You can lie on your back, squat or stand with one foot on a chair.
Relax. Breathe and insert the balls gradually, relaxing your pelvic floor
Take a few steps to check that they have been inserted correctly - they should not cause any discomfort.
Begin with a Few Minutes
Start by wearing the balls for 10-15 minutes per day, 2-3 times a week. Over time, you can increase to 30 minutes per day.
Let Your Body Work Naturally
There's no need to squeeze — your muscles will activate automatically as you move around.
You can also try the “active” method, where you contract your pelvic muscles for 5 seconds, then relax, and repeat this 10 times.
Remove and Clean
Return to the position you had when you inserted the balls
Relax and pull the cord gently. The balls will slide outwards on their own. You can also push them out by using your pelvic muscles.
Wash the balls with warm water and mild soap, and store in a clean, dry place.
Progression Tips
Consistency is key! Use your balls a few times per week.
As your strength improves, try using the lighter balls.
Don’t wear them all day — short, regular sessions are more effective and safer.
