If your Perifit Care(+) doesn't appear to turn on, don't worry. In many cases, the probe is still working and the issue can be resolved with a few simple checks.
This article will guide you through the troubleshooting steps for both Perifit Care and Perifit Care+.
How to Check if Your Probe Is On
When your probe is powered on, the LED should flash:
Perifit Care
Green LED located on the white collar next to the lotus logo.
💡 For Perifit Care, the LED flashes at different speeds depending on its status:
Fast flashing: the probe is powered on but not connected to your phone.
Slow flashing: the probe is connected to your phone.
Perifit Care+
White LED located at the end of the probe's tail.
Step 1: Did This Happen After a Firmware Update?
If your probe stopped appearing to turn on immediately after a firmware update, it's possible that the update did not complete successfully.
In some cases, the LED may remain off even though the probe is still powered on and able to connect.
Try the following:
Open the Exercises tab.
Open Practice Lab.
If you're prompted to complete a firmware update, follow the on-screen instructions until it finishes.
If no update is offered, continue with the troubleshooting steps below.

Wake the Probe from Standby Mode

To wake it up:
Press the power button once.
Wait 60 seconds.
Press the power button a second time.
Wait 60 seconds.
Press the power button a third time.
If the LED starts flashing, your probe is back on.
Perifit Care+ Troubleshooting
Check the Power Button
Press the power button and listen carefully.
Do you hear a click?
Yes: the button is working correctly.
No: try pressing a little more firmly and from slightly different positions around the button.
If the probe powers on, the white LED should begin flashing.
Step 2: Check Whether the Probe Is Actually On
Sometimes the probe is powered on but the LED does not light up, making it look like it is switched off.
To verify this:
Open the Perifit Care app.
Start any exercise.
When the app starts searching for your probe, press the power button once.
Wait a few seconds.
Press the power button a second time.
Pressing the button twice ensures that one of the presses turns the probe on while the app is searching for it.
If the probe connects, the issue is likely limited to the LED.
Still Not Turning On?
If your probe still appears not to power on after following the steps above, please contact our support team through the ? button of the app's main screen.
To help us diagnose the issue more quickly, please include a short video showing:
the probe while you press the power button 3–4 times
waiting 2–3 seconds between each press
with the LED clearly visible throughout the video
This allows us to confirm whether the probe is truly not powering on and helps us provide the most appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
💡Perifit Care(+) is not rechargeable. Its battery is designed to last for at least 5 years under normal use.
