Steps to take if your Perifit Care or Perifit Care+ won't power on

When your probe is switched on, an LED light should flash:

  • Perifit Care: It’s green and located on the white collar with the lotus sign

  • Perifit Care+: It’s white and located at the end of the tail

💡 The LED light might flash at different paces:

  • fast: when your Perifit Care is NOT connected to a smartphone

  • slow: when your Perifit Care is connected to a smartphone

Perifit Care troubleshoot

After 30 minutes of inactivity, the probe will automatically go into sleep mode.

To go out of sleep mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Press the power button once. Wait for 60 seconds.

  2. Press the power button a 2nd time. Wait for 60 seconds.

  3. Press the power button a 3rd time.

Does it turn on? Great! If not, contact our support team directly in the app so that we can assist you.

Perifit Care + troubleshoot

After 30 minutes of inactivity, the probe is turned off automatically.

Do you hear a "click" sound when you press the on/off button? If not, try to press it harder or on different locations around the end of the tail.

Does it turn on? Great! If not, contact our support team directly in the app so that we can assist you.

💡 Perifit Care is not chargeable and its battery is designed to last at least 5 years of training.
