How email validation works for your funnel visitors
When visitors enter and submit their email address in your AI funnel, a verification code is automatically sent to the provided email address. At the same time, a pop-up appears in the funnel, prompting the lead to verify their entered email address.
Once the lead enters the received verification code, they are immediately redirected within the funnel.
How to turn on email validation in the AI funnel?
Open your funnel, switch to Edit mode of the AI Funnel Editor, and click the email field you want to validate.
Click Settings in the toolbar that appears above the field, and toggle Verification on.
Publish the changes on your funnel.
Alternatively, you can ask AI to enable the email validation for you.
If you have email validation enabled and you do not want a lead to be created when the email validation fails, you can keep the Keep unverified leads toggle off. This way, only funnel visitors with verified email addresses will reach your contacts.
If you want to keep contacts with both verified and unverified email addresses, turn the Keep unverified leads toggle on.
To see if the contact completed the email verification, go to the Contacts tab and click on the contact's card.
Next to the email address that the contact entered, you'll see a shield icon showing you that the contact completed the email validation.

If you didn't use all your validation intents within a month, the remaining intents do not roll over to the next month.
