If you want to withdraw to an address not currently on your whitelist, there are two options:
Option A: Add the Address to the Whitelist (Recommended)
Suitable if you plan to use this address long-term.
Go to "Address book" → "Whitelist" → "Add a new address"
Enter the target address and complete verification
Wait 24 hours, then you can withdraw to that address
Option B: Temporarily Disable the Whitelist
Suitable for one-time withdrawals to a temporary address.
Go to "Address book" → "Whitelist"
Turn off "Withdraw to whitelist address only"
Complete email, SMS, and Google Authenticator verification
After the withdrawal is complete, it is recommended to re-enable the whitelist
