Withdrawal Whitelist Troubleshooting FAQ

Verification Code Keeps Failing When Disabling Withdrawal Whitelist

Google Authenticator codes refresh every 30 seconds. Please make sure you are entering the most current code and submitting it immediately. If it still fails, check whether your phone's time is synced with the network:

  • iOS: Settings → General → Date & Time → Enable "Set Automatically"

  • Android: Settings → General Management → Date and Time → Enable "Automatic Date and Time"

Why Is SMS and Email Verification Still Required When Withdrawing to a Whitelisted Address?

This is expected behavior. The whitelist only controls the destination of withdrawals, ensuring funds can only be sent to your approved addresses — it does not replace the verification process required for each withdrawal. The two are independent security mechanisms. Completing standard verification is still required even after setting up a whitelist, and this is by design.

If none of the above resolves your issue, please contact customer support and provide relevant screenshots. We will assist you as soon as possible.
