You can manage most of your day to day scheduling straight from the My Schedule list, without tapping into every event.
Responding to an event
Find an event card that has not been answered yet. It shows a highlighted Respond button.
Tap Respond.
Choose your answer, for example Going, Available, Not Going, Not Available, or Maybe.
The card updates immediately to show your new status.
If an event also has a location, the card now shows Get Directions alongside your status.
Changing your response
Tap your current status on the card to reopen the response options, then pick a different answer. The card updates right away.
Getting directions
Tap Get Directions on any event card. Your device's default maps app opens with the venue address already filled in.
Note: If an event has no venue address stored against it, Get Directions will not be available on that card.
Cancelling a facility booking
Facility bookings show a Cancel option instead of the usual response buttons.
Tap Cancel on the booking card.
A confirmation appears: "Cancel this booking? This action cannot be undone."
Tap to confirm.
The booking is cancelled and the slot is released for others to book.
Important: Once cancelled, a booking cannot be restored. You would need to book a new slot if you change your mind.
If you cannot respond
If an event's response window has closed, its status control shows as read only. Tapping it will let you know that responses are closed rather than letting you change anything.
FAQ
Can I respond on behalf of my child?
Yes, admins and guardians can respond on behalf of a managed dependant, but not on behalf of another adult member.
Why did my event disappear from the list after I responded?
If you have a Response filter active, for example "Not Responded," an event you just responded to may no longer match that filter and will drop out of the current filtered view. Your response is still saved, it is just filtered out. See How to Filter Your Schedule.
