If your club can no longer see form responses that were submitted before the PLAI 3.0 update, here is what to know.
What's happening
Some clubs have found that form responses collected before the move to PLAI 3.0 are not currently visible in Forms, even though members previously completed them.
Note: Your original responses have not necessarily been lost. This is currently a visibility issue for some clubs while historic form data is fully restored in PLAI 3.0.
What to do
Check the form in question under Your Club Page > Forms > Manage Forms
If historic responses are missing, contact support and let them know which form and club is affected.
You can request a full CSV export or download of your historic form responses while this is being investigated.
