Availability turns your opening hours into the real, bookable slots clients see. Get it right and clients can only ever pick times that are genuinely free, with no overbookings and no "sorry, that's taken" after the fact. That trust is what lets you leave the booking page running without babysitting it.

🔧 Where to find it
Admin Panel → Availability (buffer and cutoff live in Settings → Booking).

🗓 Weekly hours
Pick a schedule from Schedule for (Default for all rooms, or a per-room schedule). For each weekday, toggle Working day on or off, set opening and closing times, then the bookable time slots. Click Save and publish.
📅 Date overrides
Use date-specific settings to change a single date without touching your weekly pattern: add extra hours for a busy day, or close for a holiday. Overrides can both open time you do not usually have and remove time you usually do.
⏱ Buffer and cutoff
Buffer: a gap kept after a session for turnaround and reset, so the system never offers a slot that leaves you no time between bookings.
Cutoff: how far ahead clients must book, which closes off last-minute slots.
💡 Both can be overridden per room or setup (Settings → Booking), so a space that needs longer turnaround can have it without changing your defaults.
🤖 Smart availability
The engine works out the truly free slots by combining your weekly hours, date overrides, existing bookings, and blockers, then filtering by buffer and cutoff. Before confirming, it re-checks to prevent double-booking the same room.
🧠 Why it matters
Accurate availability is the difference between a booking page you trust and one you have to police. Set it well and the system protects your calendar, prevents clashes, and frees you to focus on the work instead of the schedule.
