📝 What it records

Key actions are logged with the person and the time, things like price changes, cancellations and reschedules, refunds, and settings updates. Each entry ties an action to the teammate who made it, which is exactly why individual logins matter.

🔎 How you will use it

  • Accountability: confirm who applied a discount or cancelled a session.

  • Troubleshooting: retrace what changed when something looks off.

  • Peace of mind: a clear trail as more people get access.

🧠 Why it matters

A shared system needs a memory. The audit log means mistakes get traced and fixed calmly, instead of turning into guesswork or finger-pointing, which keeps a growing team running smoothly.

✅ Summary

The audit log answers who did what and when across your studio, your safety net for accountability and for untangling the occasional "what happened here?"
