Why can't I add or reconnect my data source?

If you aren't able to add or reconnect a data source within Polar, you may need to request additional permissions from your Admin.

If you notice that you don't have the option within your Connectors tab to add a data source (either because the button is greyed out, or because there is an error message), it is likely because you do not have the correct permissions in Polar.

In order to add data sources, you need to be an Admin within Polar. If you're currently a Viewer (which you can check within your Account Settings under "My team"), we recommend reaching out to the Admin listed and requesting upgraded permissions.
