What is a Lead?
A Lead is generated when a product is added to a schedule by a designer in Programa. The product may be added from the Trade Portal, through use of the web clipper or manually.
If the product is added from the Trade Portal, it will appear within your dashboard even if it is in the Draft stage within the designer schedule.
If the product is added manually or with the web clipper and is in Draft mode within the designer schedule, it will not appear in your dashboard until the status is changed.
How do I view the details of a Lead?
When a Lead is added to your dashboard, you will be notified via email. To view the details of a Lead within your account, simply navigate to the Lead you wish to view and click anywhere within the row. A side tray will launch from the right-hand side of your screen which will display the details including the name and location of the studio, the date the lead was added, the project location as well as the RRP for the product (if it has been included).
How do I contact a Lead?
On receipt of a new Lead, please take note of the date added and the Studio Status. If the status of the Lead is Draft, the designer may not yet be ready for a sales conversation so it is advised that you give it some time before making contact.
When you do make initial contact, we recommend reaching out with a ‘light touch’ such as a short message with an offer of assistance should it be required e.g. I noticed you’ve added the XYZ product to this project, please let me know if you need any assistance with your specification.
This outreach can occur directly within the dashboard by navigating to the Contact button to the right of the Lead.
When the message has been sent, the Contact button will change to Sent, the contact drawer will close, and a success message will appear.

How do I manage my Leads pipeline?
Leads can be managed in various ways using tools such as filtering, searching, archiving and ‘mark as unread’.
Filters
Within Leads, there are multiple filtering options available, simply navigate to the Filters icon at the top right of your screen and click on Filters.
From here you can select the type of filter to apply to your leads, the options include:
Show Unread - this will return results for all of the Leads that have not yet been opened/read
Show Read - this will return results for all of the Leads that have already been opened/read
Show Sent - this will return results for all of the Leads that have already been contacted
Alternatively, you may wish to filter Leads by date or Studio Status, options include:
Single Date - this will return results for all of the Leads that have been added to designer schedules on a single date
Date Range - this will return results for all of the Leads that have been added to designer schedules within the specified date range
Studio Status - this will return results for all of the Leads that have been added to designer schedules and are in the selected Studio Status stage e.g. Client Review
Search
Within the Leads dashboard and right next to the Filter icon is a Search leads bar, use this space to type in any relevant search term, whether it be the name of the Studio, your Product a Project or even price, to narrow down your search results.
Archive and Mark as Unread
Once you no longer require a Lead to appear within your pipeline, it is easy to Archive. This helps to clear your ‘to-do’ list and maintain focus on active prospects. Simply navigate to the Lead you wish to Archive, scroll all the way across to the far right-hand side to the three dots (shown below), click to activate the drop-down options and select Archive.
If you wish to show a Lead as unread, perhaps to revisit it at a later time, follow the same process and this time select Mark as Unread.
With Leads you can empower your team to focus on the right prospects at the right time. Programa for Brands offers unprecedented visibility into active schedules, helping you to understand the exact stage of actively procuring studios and projects for strategically targeted outreach.
