When you are publishing your release, you always have the option to include or exclude certain countries for your release.

It can be done on the "Availability" page, under "Markets" during the upload process.

It's all customizable since some of our artists have record deals in some countries. Then it's easy to exclude that region for a release and publish it for the rest of the world via Record Union.
