🆕 New Obituary Dataset Released for SiftMap Pro

You can now pull obituary data directly within your account with our Expert, AI, and SiftMap Pro Add-on. Obituary records are available under the Home Owner and Property Distressors field and are typically accessible in SiftMap within 1 week of the obituary being published.

🥷 Ninja Tips for incorporating Obituary Data:

  • Pull Trust Owned and Obituary, trust owned properties aren't required to go through probate.

  • Filter by Obituary Date 3+ months ago and exclude Probate distressor

  • Obituary + Vacant Property

  • Obituary + Absentee

  • Obituary + any financial distressor

Plans & Pricing

SiftMap Pro is included at no additional cost with our Expert and AI plans.

It is available as an add-on purchase at $297 monthly with our Professional and Business plans.

If you’re on a Professional or Business plan, SiftMap Pro can be added at any time.

How to Purchase

  1. Go to the Settings page in your account

  2. Click the Add-ons tab

  3. Select Get Add-on next to SiftMap Pro

The $297 monthly fee is charged at the time of purchase and will renew on your regular billing date.

You’ll have immediate access to all Pro features after purchase.

If you decide to cancel SiftMap pro (but why would you??) you will need to reach out to support by clicking the Talk to Us button in your account, then selecting either the Billing option or Talk to a Person.

How to Access SiftMap Pro Features

Once SiftMap Pro is active:

  1. Navigate to SiftMap

  2. Click More Filters to access the Pro options
