Sometimes you need to add more showing feedback or edit what the prospect said, even if the showing is closed out. This guide will show you how:
Find the prospect in the Command Center
Scroll through their history to find the blue "Showing Complete" leasing event for that property
Hover over the leasing event and click the pencil icon
Edit the relevant sections of their feedback
Press "Save"
