You can easily archive and unarchive treatments and packages, collectively referred to as services, that you sell on your Patient Rewards app. After you have built the treatments and packages, you then may go on to tie them into your offers and/or your memberships and reward programs. What happens when you archive a treatment or package that is included in a membership or reward?

When you archive a treatment or package that is an option in one of your offers, memberships, or rewards

You'll receive a warning message explaining that archiving this treatment or package will remove it from the list of the offer, memberships, and/or rewards it is included in.

If you decide to archive it and unarchive it at a later date, you will need to go back and manually re-add it into the membership and/or reward it was included in.

You will also be notified that if there are individuals who may have redeemed a reward already, they will see no change. Only the individuals who have not yet redeemed the message will see the update.

When you archive a treatment or package that is the SOLE included treatment option in a membership or a reward.

You will need to replace that service with another service prior to archiving it!
