Our goal is to provide you with the best possible support on your journey to better sleep, and we’re here to help in any way we can!

Because our sleep programs are designed to be a personalised and deeply supportive experience, they involve a dedicated team of professionals - including sleep care specialists, sleep experts, and support staff - who work behind the scenes to create, guide, and oversee your program and progress. Due to the significant resources and expertise that go into delivering this level of care, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds in many cases.

Nevertheless, it's important to us that we are as transparent as possible with our refund policy and help you find the information you are looking for. Below you'll find all the details regarding refunds for our therapy programs, consultations, and sleep health assessments.


Therapy Programs with Upfront Payment

If you’ve paid for a therapy program upfront and are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, you may be eligible for a refund if the criteria outlined in the money-back guarantee have been met.

How does this work?

To ensure that you’ve had a fair chance to engage with the program and see results, the following conditions apply:

  • Completion requirement: You need to have completed at least six weeks of the program within 60 days, following the program schedule, completing all sections, and taking no more than two one-week breaks.

  • Sleep improvement metric: If your sleep score (measured by our re:sleep algorithm) hasn’t improved by more than 10% despite full participation, you’ll be eligible for a refund!

Therapy Programs with a Trial Period

For programs that begin with a trial:

  • During the Trial: You can cancel anytime within the trial period through your account, and no further payments will be taken.

  • After the Trial: If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the full program payment will be processed automatically. At that point, refunds are unfortunately not possible due to the personalised nature of our service and the high level of human support and involvement. However, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way and make it difficult to get started with your program. Therefore, we may be able to assist you in restarting your program at a better time when you feel ready. Consultations with Specialists

Our specialists set aside time to provide you with tailored advice, so we ask that any changes to your appointment be made in advance:

  • Cancel or reschedule for free with at least 12 hours’ notice.

  • Cancelling between 12 and 6 hours before your appointment incurs a 50% charge.

  • Less than 6 hours’ notice? Unfortunately, cancellations and rescheduling aren’t possible at this stage as your appointment has been fully confirmed.

These policies help ensure that our specialists’ time is available to those who need it.


Sleep Health Assessments

Once you’ve completed your sleep assessment and received your personalised digital report, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds. This is because the work, including analysis and recommendations tailored to you, has already been carried out and delivered.
