How to Edit Timesheets

Instructions to adjust a submitted timesheet before approving

Editing timesheets allows corrections to be made when start or finish times are entered incorrectly or when changes to recorded hours are required. Keeping timesheets accurate supports payroll, ensures compliance with workplace requirements and maintains reliable workforce records. This guide explains how to edit timesheets.

Editing Timesheets

  1. Select Approving Timesheets from the column at the left.

  2. Click on Filter.

  3. Select the timesheets you wish to review, and then click Apply.

  4. Toggle through dates for the correct period.

  5. Locate the timesheet you wish to edit.

  6. To the right, click on the yellow pen and notepad icon.

  7. Change details as required.

  8. Select Save.

  9. You will see a confirmation pop-up in the top right.
