Personal settings

On the settings page you can alter your personal portal settings.

These settings apply only to your own account!

Personal info

Here you can change your name, language and timezone.

Your username (email) can only be changed on the user management page by a portal administrator.

Default options

Here you can manage your default settings which will be applied on every new transaction.

Email document as attachment

After all signatories sign the document, Signhost sends out a confirmation email with the link to the signed PDF document. This option will add the PDF as an attachment to the email as well.

Default authentication method

Here you can choose a preferred authentication method which will be set automatically when starting a new transaction.

Default verification method

Here you can choose a preferred verification method which will be set automatically when starting a new transaction, so no need to click!

Send sign request in order by default

We will send out the invitations to signers one by one, eg: first signer 1, then signer 2, when this option is chosen.

Send sign request invitation by default

When turned on we will send the sign link by email. When turned off we will use signing on premise for you to distribute the link yourself.

Return URL

The return URL where signatories will go after finishing the process. https:// is mandatory!

We will add a parameter as well so your website can know, for example, if a signatory signed or rejected. Read more about this here.

Default transaction validity in days

With this setting you can alter the default transaction validity duration, any setting between 1 and 90 days is allowed. After the amount in days the transaction will be expired and documents deleted.

Default reminder interval in days

This options determines how often a reminder will be sent until the document is signed or the transaction expires. It is important to note that the reminder interval in days cannot be longer than the validity of the transaction.

Default email message

Your message will be prefilled in the New Transaction screen.

Default intro text

This text is visible after opening the sign link, and after reading the document(s)

Usertokens

Usertokens can be used to invite signers and see statuses in other applications and tools, and therefore bypass our portal. Treat them as you would treat passwords!
