Update Slay Markets account info: set your daily loss limit and manage market data subscriptions in the Account Dashboard; legal name, email, bank account, mailing address, phone changes need a support request.

You can update some Slay Markets account information yourself in your Account Dashboard — your daily loss limit and market data subscriptions — while changes to your legal name, email address, bank account, mailing address, or phone number require a support request to support@slaymarkets.com.

What account information can I update myself in the Slay Markets Account Dashboard?

You can update the following Slay Markets account settings yourself in your Account Dashboard. Your daily loss limit is an optional, self-set dollar amount you set under Account Dashboard > Risk Settings, and changes take effect immediately. Market data subscriptions are managed under Account Dashboard > Market Data > Manage Subscriptions. Slay Markets Individual Cash Accounts do not support adding a beneficiary (transfer-on-death) designation — see Beneficiary Designations for details.

What account changes require a support request at Slay Markets?

The following Slay Markets account changes cannot be done self-service and require a support request because they affect account security or involve regulated identity records. A change to your legal name requires support because identity documents must be reviewed for compliance. A change to your email address requires support because security verification is required and it cannot be changed self-service. A change to your linked bank account requires support because, for AML (anti-money-laundering) compliance, bank account additions and removals require manual review by a representative. A change to your mailing address requires support because address updates may require re-verification of your identity documents. A change to your phone number requires support because security verification is required.
