A "verified install" is a SmartAC.com hardware installation that has been confirmed as properly completed and actively collecting data. Verified installs indicate that the system is set up correctly, sensors are communicating with the Hub, and the member's HVAC system is being successfully monitored.
What Makes an Install "Verified"?
An installation becomes verified when it meets all of the following criteria:
1. Hardware is Online and Communicating.
Hub is connected to WiFi and communicating with SmartAC.com servers.
All sensors are paired and connected to the Hub.
Sensors are reporting data regularly.
No offline devices in the system.
2. Installation is Complete in the Pro App.
Onboarding process finished through Pro App.
All required information entered:
Member contact details.
Home information.
System details and nameplate photos.
Sensor placements documented.
Filter information recorded.
Thermostat zones.
3. Data is Being Collected
Sensors are actively monitoring the HVAC system
Hub is receiving sensor data regularly
Data is flowing to SmartAC.com cloud for analysis
System health metrics are populating in dashboards
4. Member Account is Active
Member profile created with correct information
Membership plan assigned (Detect or Connect)
Account status is active (not pending or incomplete)
