How can I find a member's order they've placed through the app?

The Members Orders tab shows all orders placed by your members through the app, including Hardware, Filters, and miscellaneous items like batteries.

Viewing Member Orders

  1. Log in to your Partner Dashboard at noc.smartac.com

  2. Navigate to the Members Orders tab

Searching for Orders

The easiest way to find a specific order is to use the search bar in the upper right of the screen. You can search by any field shown in the report, but the member's name or email address works best.

This is useful when a member calls in asking about a recent order. You can quickly look up relevant details like order status, items, and shipping information.

Filtering Orders

To narrow results by order type or status:

  1. Click the Filter button

  2. Select your criteria under "Order Types" and "Status"

  3. Click Apply to activate the filters

To clear filters, reopen the Filter section and click Clear.

Note: If you've already searched for something in the main tab, your filtered results will be limited to that search.

Exporting Order Data

Click the EXPORT button to download all order data as a CSV file.
