How do I manage alerts?

When SmartAC.com detects an issue with a member's system, it generates an alert. These alerts appear in the Service area and on the member's profile.

Taking Action on Alerts

  1. Go to Service at noc.smartac.com/service.

  2. Review the Pending tab for alerts requiring action.

  3. For each alert, choose an action:

    • Schedule - Create a service appointment

    • Resolve - Mark the issue as fixed

    • Dismiss - Close the alert without action

    • Snooze - Temporarily hide the alert

Configuring Alert Thresholds

Space temperature alerts are the only alerts you can configure. From Settings > Alert Preference, you can adjust how sensitive the threshold is for these alerts to send out.

What Members Control

Members can adjust their notification preferences in the SmartAC.com app under Settings > Notification Preferences. This controls push notifications and emails, but does not affect which alerts appear in your Dashboard.
