Features
Report Sets - Report Sets allows users to pull, analyze and provide unique sets of data from different properties. Not only is it quick and easy to use, it enhances the ability to bundle specific data sets together, creating targeted reports for stakeholders. Additional benefits include:
Effective and efficient reports can be sent between owners and operators with flexibility, eliminating the need to manually collect and analyze property data.
The ability to pull the data desired.
Control over who has permissions to what data.
Best Permissions for Each User Type:
For owners/operators, we recommend the Manage Organization Report Sets permission. This enables owners/operators to create reports that exist even if their user is deleted.
For property staff, we recommend the Manage Personal Report Sets permission. This enables property staff to create reports for the properties they manage, which are deleted when they are removed.

Self-Guided Tours
Features
Click to Unlock - This new feature within our Self-Guided Tour (SGT) solution provides a more streamlined user interface, allowing prospects to simply click a button to unlock the door while touring. This update brings additional ease and convenience for prospects, helping to drive higher lead-to-lease rates.
To enable this feature, simply toggle the Click to Unlock configuration button in the Tours General Settings as described in the External Support Guide.
Work Management
Features
Future Residents - This release enables a user to select “No Resident” when creating a project that requires residents. This feature is to be used when a future resident has not yet synced between Yardi and Work Management. This is available for Yardi only on the web platform. We will be introducing this to our mobile platform soon.
Include Soft Delete in Data API - This update adds a new true/false attribute, labeled “is Deleted”, to tasks in the Data API, providing a uniform view of tasks in the user interface and the Data API.
Add Property ID to Assets Export - This update enables clients to more efficiently use a multiple site Asset Export by including a column for Property ID.
Update ResMan API Call - ResMan has historically not returned roommate move-out information, which results in inaccurate resident data within Work Management. This release allows for updated resident information when a resident moves out, ensuring the resident list is up to date.
Android Video Documentation - Team members now have the option to select a video as a task’s closing documentation. The ability to upload a video provides team members more flexibility in closing tasks.
New Exit Modal for Rating Cost Documentation - We added a new exit modal that informs team members that their changes to a cost rating while closing a task will not save if they exit. This improves the experience as team members will no longer lose any information entered for the cost description or amount without warning.
Ensure Project Creation if Triggers are Deleted - This update ensures that deletion of triggers that create a scheduled event do not interrupt the scheduled events.
Automatic Push of SmartRent Tasks to PMS - Tasks generated by leak sensors through the SmartRent integration will now import into PMS platforms like Yardi and RealPage.
