Soco works with Personal (Creator) TikTok accounts only. If your account is set to Business, you will need to switch before Soco can work.
Note: TikTok no longer uses the label "Creator account". It is now called a Personal account. They refer to the same thing.

Open the TikTok app
Tap Profile at the bottom
Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top
Tap Settings and privacy
Tap Account
Tap Switch to Personal Account
Confirm the change

Select your business category

Important to know
Worth knowing before you switch:
Soco does not work with Business accounts. You must be on a Personal (Creator) account to use Soco.
Switching account types does not delete your TikTok content or followers.
TikTok advises against switching back and forth between account types frequently.
