What’s New?
The SparrowQueue ticket creation screen has been given a fresh, modern look designed with user-friendliness in mind. This update focuses on making adding multiple queue items easier, reducing the amount of scrolling required and helping you save time.
What Stays the Same?
The core functionality of SparrowQueue hasn’t changed. You can still:
Add script items, whether they be paper, eRx, or e-scripts.
Include script notes and customer preferences on a per script basis.
The rest of the flow remains the same!
How to Use the New Design
Adding Items
Use the menu on the left-hand side to add an item to the ticket (e.g. script or service).
Enter the notes and set preferences in the available fields.
Use the menu on the left-hand side to add another item to the ticket
New ticket items will appear at the top of the list
