2. VPN Usage
VPNs often show a different location than your actual one. If youβre using a VPN, disconnect from it before accessing Splash.
Additionally, certain proxies can also mask your real location and should be turned off when accessing Splash.
Note: VPN use can also prevent login or block password reset emails.
3. Autofill Settings
Turn off autofill and manually enter your information to ensure it's correctly processed.
4. Secured WiFi Networks
Some highly secured or restricted WiFi networks may block location access. Try switching to a different WiFi connection or mobile data if possible.
After switching networks, it is recommended to restart the Splash app to apply the new settings.
