Troubleshooting Login Issues: Common Error Messages Explained
Having trouble logging in? You're not alone β login errors are one of the most common issues we hear about. This article explains what each error message means and what you can do to resolve it.
Common Login Error Messages
π΄ "Try Again Later"
This error typically appears when:
Your browser or device is being flagged by a security check
A VPN or ad blocker is interfering with the login process
There is a temporary issue on our end
What to do: Wait 15β30 minutes before trying again. In the meantime, try the steps in our Step-by-Step Login Troubleshooting Checklist.
π΄ "Invalid Credentials"
This error means the email address or password you entered doesn't match what's on file. Common causes include:
Typing the wrong email address (check for typos or using an old email)
An autofill entry saving an outdated password
Logging in with a different method than how you originally signed up (e.g., Google vs. email)
Your password was recently changed and the new one hasn't been saved
Your account email changed as part of a brand or platform migration
What to do: Double-check your email and try resetting your password. See How to Reset Your Password.
π΄ "Account Not Found"
This may mean the email you're using isn't associated with an active account. If you recently joined through a partner platform or brand merger, your login credentials may have changed.
What to do: Check your inbox for any migration or account update emails from us. If you're still unable to log in, contact our support team and we'll help locate your account.
π΄ "Your Account Has Been Locked"
For your security, accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts.
What to do: Wait 30 minutes and try again, or reset your password to unlock your account immediately. See How to Reset Your Password.
