You'll Receive an Email from Our Team
For large contest prizes, our Trust & Safety team proactively contacts winners before the withdrawal is processed. Look for an email with a subject line like "Splash Sports Big Win!" or "Splash Sports Big Win! *Action Required*".
This email will tell you exactly what steps are required — typically one or both of the following.
Step 1: Complete Identity Verification (if required)
If your account isn't yet verified, or if additional verification is needed for a large payout, you'll be asked to upload your government-issued ID.
Look for the "Verify User" link on your account page, or navigate to the deposit/withdrawal page — you'll be prompted automatically

Step 2: Connect Your Bank Account via Aeropay
Large prize withdrawals are processed via Online Banking (ACH) through our payment provider Aeropay. You'll need to connect your bank account if it isn't already linked.
Go to the Deposit page and select Online Banking as your payment method
Make a minimum $10 deposit to connect your bank through Aeropay
Once connected, your bank account will appear as an option on the Withdrawal page
Submit your withdrawal request
Reply to the email from our team letting us know the withdrawal has been submitted — this helps us expedite processing
How Long Will It Take?
Once you've completed verification and submitted your withdrawal via Aeropay, our team will prioritize processing it. Standard processing is Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET. ACH transfers typically arrive the same day to within 2-3 business days once approved.
Common Questions
Why do I need to verify my identity again? For large payouts, we're required to confirm the account holder's identity as part of our compliance obligations. This protects you and ensures the funds go to the right person.
Can I withdraw via PayPal or check instead? For very large prizes, our team typically requires ACH (bank account) as the withdrawal method. If you have a specific situation, reply to the email from our team and we'll discuss options.
I received the email but haven't done anything yet — is my prize safe? Yes — your winnings are in your Splash wallet and aren't going anywhere. Complete the steps at your earliest convenience and reply to our email so we can process things quickly.
