Move your Loox reviews to Sternify

Import a Loox CSV and check product mapping, photos, replies, and publication status.

Written by Alex

Import your Loox CSV without converting it to another template. Sternify’s Loox importer reads its review text, status, product, and supported media fields. Requires Pro.

1. Export from Loox

  1. In Loox, open Manage Reviews and choose the product or store reviews tab.

  2. Open the three-dot menu and choose Export to .csv. Check whether filters limit the export.

  3. Download the CSV and keep an untouched copy.

For the latest menu locations, see Loox’s export guide.

2. Import into Sternify

  1. Open Reviews → Import Reviews → Loox.

  2. Upload the original CSV, check the analysis, and choose Confirm Import.

  3. Check the completion counts, then open several records in Manage reviews.

Use the Loox upload dialog: Add file → select your original Loox CSV → Upload. Check the analysis before Confirm Import. Keep the original column headings.

If the result looks wrong

Reviews became store reviews
A missing productId is treated as a store review. Check the original file.

Review is pending
The importer reads Loox’s status. Check the intended publication state.

Photo is missing
Check the exported image URL still opens publicly.

File is rejected
Confirm the CSV contains the required rating, review, and date headings.

Verified purchase: Sternify reads Loox’s verified_purchase field. Keep the original source information; importing does not perform a new purchase check.

Imported photos use the image URLs in your export. Before closing your previous review service, check whether those URLs will remain available and keep your own backup.

Done: your sample reviews show the correct products and status. Add the storefront widgets before removing the old display. Correct and retry only failed rows.
